We promise services as follows:-

1. To hold the Seafarers Certificate of Competency Examination at least twice a year for each grade;

2. To provide Seafarers Certificate of Competency Examination at least twice a year for each grade;

3. To issue Certificates of Competency within 30 days from the date of the result declared;

4. Processing of Port Clearance certification within two hours of application;

5. Distribution of Marine Notices to listed parties within 7 working days from the date of receipt of information;

6. Provide Modular Course Certification within 7 working days from the date of receipt of information.

7. Conducting inspection and issuing the Ship’s Statutory Certificate within 7 working days after having passed the prescribed examination;

8. Issuing the Ship’s Certification and Boating License within 7 days of application;

9. Conducting audits under the Ship’s Safety and Management System within 30 days of application;

10. Issuance and endorsement of Full Term Documentation Compliance Certicate (ISM Code) within 7 days of date of last non-conformity;

11. Ensuring the operations of lighthouses at least 99% per year;

12. Ensuring the availability of beacons at least 98% per year;

13. Ensuring the availability of light buoys at least 97% per year.
